Shipping - Continental U.S.

Titan Tackle reserves the right to utilize any FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL service necessary to meet our delivery commitment.

Note: Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 72 business hours (Monday-Friday).

For example: If an order is placed on Monday, using Standard Delivery and assuming the item(s) are in-stock, it may not be processed and shipped until Thursday at which time you must allow 3-6 business days for delivery. Some products such as Diawa or Shimano may take up to 2 weeks to process. They are shipped directly from the factory and orders are only processed on Wednesdays. Please allow time for your purchase to be delivered. If you need a product in a short time frame, please contact us at sales@titantackle.com before purchasing.

*Shipping Policies - VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Oversized packages which have dimensional and/or weight charges applied may incur additional freight charges. Items including, but not limited to: fishing rods, gaffs, coolers and tackle boxes/bags. Orders Including Rods or Gaffs may incur a $6.00 charge for a protective rod shipping tube. If any additional freight charges are required, you will be notified before products ship. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the continental United States.

Please Note - ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL. No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment. Titan Tackle does not ship any order C.O.D. A telephone number of the recipient is required for all deliveries.

Returns/Exchanges - If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition. Also, to offer you protection from unforeseen ordering issues, if your order does not ship within 21 days of the day you ordered, you may request a full refund for your purchase provided the item has not shipped from the factory.

Shipping – International
Titan Tackle now ships internationally. Due to so many worldwide destinations, product sizes and multiple product purchases, we have set up general shipping costs based on price. If any additional shipping charges are required, you will be notified before your purchase is shipped.
